Backyard Bash Brings Summertime Fun to The Shops at Highland Village

Picnic-style event features live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and giveaways from Whole Foods Market

WHAT:
The Shops at Highland Village invites the community to soak up the season at its Backyard Bash, a summer celebration filled with family-friendly fun and vibrant outdoor experiences. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic - or pick up dinner from their favorite Highland Village restaurant - and enjoy it on our lawn. A complimentary picnic blanket will be provided while supplies last.

Whole Foods Market will be on-site with refreshing summer samples and an opportunity to win a picnic basket filled with seasonal favorites. The evening also includes live music, a petting zoo, a Learning Express pop-up shop, face painting, and a balloon artist—making it the perfect night out for families and friends of all ages.

In support of the upcoming school year, Communities in Schools North Texas (CISNT) will be on-site collecting school supplies. Guests who donate a new backpack at the event will receive a $5 Learning Express gift card as a thank-you for their generosity. As part of this initiative, Learning Express will serve as the official donation collection point from July 21 through August 28.
