Saturday, November 22 | 5:00 – 8:00 PM | Town Square
The holiday season officially kicks off with one of Plainfield’s most beloved traditions. Guests are invited to gather in Town Square for the lighting of Perry Crossing’s magnificent 54-foot tree, live entertainment, and festive activities for all ages. The evening features holiday music, cheerful parade floats, real reindeer, and an appearance from Santa Claus himself. The event is free and open to the public.
Local businesses, community organizations, and families are even invited to join the parade procession that ushers Santa’s arrival and the lighting of Perry Crossing’s iconic 54-foot tree. Those interested in participating can register online at www.perry-crossing.com.

The magic continues all season long with Reindeer Days, a free and family-friendly experience where guests can meet a living reindeer and its festive helper in Town Square. Visitors are encouraged to take photos in front of the 54-foot tree and share their moments on social media.

Kick off your holiday shopping with extended hours, giveaways, and community activities:
- Black Friday Bingo: Pick up a custom bingo card in Town Square from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM and play while you shop for a chance to win prizes.
- Community Blood Drive: From 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM with Versiti of Indiana. Every donation helps meet the high demand from local hospitals.

Back by popular demand, the Cocoa Crawl invites guests to indulge in a winter-long, chocolate-inspired adventure. This self-guided, pay-as-you-go tour highlights local restaurants and retailers offering specialty chocolate drinks, treats, desserts and also features non-edible items like candles, soaps, perfumes and more. Guests are encouraged to share their favorite stops on social media by tagging @ShopPerryCrossing for a chance to win special giveaways throughout the season.
Santa Claus will be back in the Holiday Space across from Old Navy for photos throughout the holiday season, too! His full schedule will be announced soon on www.perry-crossing.com and social media.

Ring in the New Year early at our annual Noon Year’s Eve celebration inside Kids Empire Indoor Playground! Discounted tickets will be offered to the first 100 who sign up, with registration opening early December. Regular admission ($19.90) is available for guests who don’t pre-register.
The event will feature DJ Kurt Streblow (NBA All-Star host and Indiana Pacers emcee) leading a lively dance party with the Kids Empire mascot Huggy, plus a baby and toddler dance competition in the dedicated play area. More details will be released closer to the event.
Know Before You Go:
- Fill out waivers on the Kids Empire website before arrival. Everyone, including adults, must have one on file.
- Bring plain socks to wear inside the park. No shoes allowed. Shoe bins are provided.
- Two free adults per child; siblings under 11 months are free. Admission fees apply to kids ages 17 and under and $5 per extra adult over the two allotted per child.
- No outside food or beverages (sealed water bottles ≤16oz allowed).
- Admission is an all-day pass. Guests may come, leave, and return until closing.
- Festive dress and personal party favors are encouraged for extra fun!
