Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their holiday best and bring their wish lists ready to share. Walk-up visits are welcome, though reservations are highly recommended to ensure a spot on Santa’s “nice list.”

Photo packages and pricing details are also available online, allowing families to plan their visit in advance. Every child will receive a special takeaway to commemorate their visit.

Even furry friends can join in the festivities at Santa’s North Pole Lodge! Pet owners are invited to bring their leashed companions for Santa Paws, a photo experience designed just for pets and their families. A signed waiver is required prior to the pet session.
